| Weltflug.tv adventure in Africa worked out much differently
to how it was planned. After their red gyroplane was destroyed by an
accident it seemed Melanie's and Andreas' childhood dream of travelling
the world in gyroplanes had come to a sudden end. This thrilling documentary is all about childhood dreams and a true adventure that was written by life. During their African safari they face troubles like flat tyres, damages through rough runway surface, wild animals, dramatic weather, the Military Police in Namibia and broken pre-rotators. Although very unlikely they managed to overcome all challenges and reached safely their destination back in Springs, near Johannesburg. |  | Weltflugtv adventure in Europe. In a breathtaking tour Melanie and Andreas flew in their first white gyroplane from nearby Berlin, Germany through Belgium, France and Spain to Santiago de Compostela. A birthday present for Andreas' father made them select the tour along the Camino de Santiago, the famous pilgrims way. The adventure gets more exciting than it was planned. After a forced landing they end up in the middle of a French Military restriction zone. In the Pyrenees mountains they nearly collide with the snow covered mountain tops. In Spain they were trapped by heavy thunder storms. Eventhough neither Melanie nor Andreas have much flight experience they manage to arrive in Santiago de Compostela safely. | |
