Andreas and Melanie have crossed the border from Argentina to Brasil by flying over the Waterfalls of Iguacu. At the Clube de Ultraleves Aeroleve in Cascavel the Weltflug.tv Team was interviewed by the Brasilian TV. They have talked about their childhood dreams, which they are realising with this Gyrocopter World Tour. During their journey they have visited the the projects of terre des hommes and ask the children about their dreams. They document their tour in a book and movies to give something back to those children, that they can realise their childhood dreams as well.

Studio talk live at the Bavarian Television (BR): The German pilot couple Stütz and the Fliewatüüt in Africa from above
After their first flight in Europe the BR has reported about Melanie and Andreas Stütz how they are realising their childhood dreams. Now the two adventurers were invited as Studio guests for a live talk with Barbara Herzsprung. Andreas and Melanie talked about their experiences during the flight in South Africa, over the Okavango Delta in Botsuana and the incredible red sand dunes in Namibia as well as about the unexpected meetings for example at the customs in Botsuana ...

"We know that a lot of children do not have a chance to dream. They miss the basics of the daily life. That is the reason why we support the work of terre des hommes. On our next step of our worldflight we will document the work of this child charity fund as well." so Andreas Stütz









The worldflight adventurer talk about their Jamesflight, the flight along the Way of Saint James live on center.tv. Andreas and Melanie had a lot of challenges on their first part of their around the world trip by gyroplane. But actually that was exactly the reason, why they have chosen this pilgrimage from Germany to France across the Pyrenees up to Santiago de Compostela in Spain. It was not only a challenge of flying, different languages, but also of the different weather conditions for which this way is famous for. Unfortunately they had to do an emergency landing on a military airfield in France ...




 




Melanie and Andreas Stütz were interviewed before their take-off to their European flight along the Way of Saint James. At the radio station Antenne AC they talked about all their preparations for this flight in this type of aircraft, which nobody has done before. "But  you cannot plan everything in advance, like the weather." so Melanie Stütz.
